At Rainbow Cottage, our educators are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to have a dedicated, caring and passionate team of qualified Early Childhood Educators and Teachers who are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and a strong sense of belonging. Our educators take the time to truly know each child—their individual personalities, interests, strengths and needs—and use these meaningful relationships to support their learning, development and wellbeing.

Our team is committed to continually learning and growing together. Supported by our Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, educators are encouraged through mentoring, coaching, professional development and reflective practice to continually strengthen the quality of education and care we provide. Most importantly, we value the relationships we build with our children and families. We believe that by working together, communicating openly and genuinely caring for each child, we can create positive childhood experiences and memories that extend far beyond their time at Rainbow Cottage.
